Out for a ride when my spoke broke, popped into shop and it was repaired while I waited (even though he was busy)

I managed to get a reqally decent bike at a very good rate.
Mountain Bikes GBR are always helpful and friendly and give good specialised advice that is relevant unlike some of the multi sports stores.

I purchased a bike from GBR in the summer. I have had excellent service since then: taken care of as soon as I arrive. Quick, quality repairs. It is nice to know that I can count on GBR.

Caught a flat tyre on the Bristol to Bath Railway Path in the pouring rain, was guided to the shop and within 45 minutes, with no prior notice, I had a new inner tube installed whilst I relaxed with a coffee across the road. Fantastic, efficient and friendly sevice - I was even told the way back on to the Railway Path!

Called in shop as I was passing, looking for a single speed conversion, it was in stock & I had 1st. hand advice on how to fit it, also the man said to bring the bike in if I had any trouble fitting it !
The guy's a bit of a character, but has a wealth of information & experience to call on. Heartily recommended fo A1 service! Will use again!

Went to Halfords, JJB sports &T’s R U/S, trying to find a suitable bike for myself, a total waste of time, staff not really interested in finding out what I really needed, I was just directed to the bikes & told to pick the one I liked!
Talking to a friend they suggested this shop, & within 10 minutes the man had identified my needs, what a difference! I also got free servicing for a year, on the bike, what a pleasant change to be helped by a knowledgeable and genuine person, I would readily recommend this shop to anybody, for first class service.

I was recommended to this shop by a friend after visiting Halfords and JJB and receiving zero help. Within 10 minutes of arriving at this shop we'd not only sorted the bike I wanted and the correct size (with 2 FREE services as part of the bargain!) - what a difference!
Can heartily recommend this shop for its knowledge and service and in the future wouldn't go anywhere else!!
